Enlargement of breasts and removing the abs in photo

Good day. I am trying to be a drag queen but I need to give them the best picture of me being a drag. Not having breasts and having abs is not a good way of passing the test. Please enlarge the breasts and remove my abs and make me look more of a woman. I understand this will be paid editing work. Please send me a quotation.
