I was hoping you might be able to help me. I’m in need of some slight retouching to some pictures I’ve had taken. I would like to reduce the size of my chin – basically from a double chin/neck, and make myself look a little slimmer.

I’d like to know what the cost would be to remove the six people / heads in the background of the attached photo then blend the background in with the landscape so that only the five people in front are visible.
