Selfie improvement with photo editing

We are wanting to use this "selfie" taken with my iPhone as our engagement picture for our Save the Dates. The problem is that my fiance's eyes glasses have the glare. I think tha'ts the main thing I would want fixed. If you think anything else on the photo should be fixed then by all means, I'll take your advice.

I was wondering if it is possible to add the older lady from picture one to the photo in picture two and somehow and make it look natural? Please let me know and the rate which it would cost if it is possible. I just need a digital copy. Thank you!

Add single person photo to sports team photo! It should end up looking like a sports reporter and the team! If possible, please include full body of the single girl. It doesn't matter where the girl is located, as long as it is not in the middle. Preferably to the right side of the photo. Please keep the dimensions close and keep her as close to the team as possible, doesn't matter if she covers some men or not, and also keep in mind that she is pretty short compared to some of the players.

 

Fix partially covered faces with photo editing

I have a casual group shot of 51 soccer players that they want to make a poster out of. However, there are a few faces that are partially covered by others' heads. Can I provide you with a few images to work with, and you do some head swapping for me? What would that cost and what would be the turnaround time?
