Open closed eyes in family photo

I really want to print and frame this family photo for my mom but her eyes are closed in it (she is the oldest lady in the photo). I also have another photo taken just a minute earlier, but my sister-in-l'aws eyes are closed in that one. Can you do a face swap or eye open for my mom? I am attaching both photos.
