Create nostalgia photograph by combining two pictures and changing the background

"This is my brother and a Princeton University alumnus. Would you place his picture in front of his alma mater building as though he was walking from it. And please convert the photo to black and white format (mainly because he's wearing such a horrendous combination!). How soon can this be done, because I was hoping to mail this as a New Year gift.
