This is a photo retouching example of virtual umbilicoplasty. Wrinkles, sagging skin and stretch marks around the belly button have been removed with photo editing.

(This condition is commonly treated with a mini tummy tuck, during which excess skin or fat in the central abdomen is removed by making a small central incision. Umbilicoplasty, a plastic surgery precedure, can also clear stretch marks. Collagen navel masks have also been found to be useful to some degree, but mostly show temporary results.)
