Replace person in X'mas photo

Here are two photos. The girl from Xmas14.jpg needs to be in the xmas.jpg photo. Then replace with the girl on the left side. The blue sweatshirt girl needs body, facial slimming and taller. Please let me know the time frame for working on them. Thank you.

 

We'd like to add more services on the same photo and retouch the girl on left side. She needs to improve several things:

 

HAIR: Please make it straight down instead of curly to one side. Then add more hair to look fuller. And color it a bit light brown (including her sideburn). Also remove a piece of fly-away hair in the middle on left side.

 

FACE: She said it looks like around the chin either wrinkle or slim. Can you fix it for her. Also her teeth needs whitening.

 

SKIN: Lighten all skin.

 

NECK: When she turns to one side, the neck bone that sticks out. Please fix this one.

 

LEGS: Her legs are curvy the way she's standing, she wants them to look a bit straight. Then add a bit fullness to her legs. And stretch her legs to look taller.
