Teeth repair: Snaggle tooth correction

"Well this isn't really a 'teeth gap' correction request, but a major correction nevertheless. Is it possible to do something about Steve Buscemi's snaggle tooth? Though it is probably his trademark (or lucky charm?), there must have been times he wished he had all 'normal' teeth. May be he's petrified of dentists, so never got around to having it fixed...
