Photo retouching: Moderate glamourisation on young woman in graduation photo

Photo editing request (example): "Graduation is a once-in-a-lifetime day, and I wanted a great picture. But the events of that day were crazy, and I barely got there, my hair still wet and scrawny from the shower. I could have got this studio photo done again, but as I consider it today, I'm 9 years older! Okay!! So would you do the following for me: i) Add more volume to the hair.
