Photo glam services: Makeover of plain looking woman to look like a model

"Before I get tongue-tied — here it is — MAKE ME LOOK LIKE A GLAMOUROUS MODEL!!! I know the picture I have sent is not good quality, but this is all I have. I have no desire to look light-skinned, just make me look WOW! I do want a nice short hairstyle, something light and delicate — like Rihanna's, but not so black. Make my hair brown, with some mild streaks. How soon can I have this back? Holding my breath until then... :-)"
