Photo retouching to look slimmer, look thinner

Photo editing request (example):
"You think it's possible to make Monique Imes look
thin? Judging from your work, I guess, yes! Please use
your magic wand to get the fat off her: face, arms,
thighs and shoulders. And please give her a visible
neck right now it's hidden in the fat folds."

Her maiden name is Monique Imes (born December
11, 1967). Professionally she is known as Mo'Nique; the popular
American comedienne and actress. Monique has won several awards
including the Golden Globe and Academy Awards for Best Supporting
Actress. She hosts 'The Mo'Nique Show', a late-night talk
show (since 2009).
There are some really sad parts in Monique's life story. According
to Wikipedia, in a 2008 interview to 'Essence' magazine she
talked about being sexually abused by her own brother (Gerald
Imes) from the age of seven until she was fifteen. She is
not in contact with this brother or her parents. In April
2010, her brother did admit on the Oprah Winfrey show that
he had abused Monique when he was 13, and this went on for
several years.
Before working in her chosen career, Monique worked as a phone
sex operator. She got her start in comedy at the downtown
Baltimore Comedy Factory Outlet, when she performed at an
open mic night. The rest is history...
Monique has been married to childhood friend Sidney Hicks
since 2006. About him she says, "...my husband is so
awesome and so fine and sooh, girl... No other man can
compare". She has three children from her two previous
marriages.
