Photo editing services: Slimming for women

"People (i.e. over-weight people) laugh when I say I'm a plus-size woman. But it's true — I have graduated to plus-size clothing, thanks to my expanding waist, and somewhat solid thighs (LOL). Would you slim down my waist please, and trim down my thighs (get rid of that extra bulge on my right thigh.)
