Photo retouching to correct and enhance facial features

"Hi, could you please do the following things to enhance my internship photo. 1) I hate my pointed pixie chin. Please reshape my chin to make it look 'regular'. 2) The top of my head is flat like a plateau. Puff up the hair at the top of my head. 3) And there's a lot of flyaway hair... 4) Also, remove the marks on my face. Overall, please give my face a softer, and more proportionate (oval) appearance.
