No fixed rates
The amount of photo editing work involved varies from photograph to photograph, therefore it is not possible to have offer fixed rates. Instead, I shall send you an estimate after receiving the assignment.

The range of photo editing services available on this site would cost in the range of US$5 - US$250. Most transactions are in the US$ 10 - 50 range. (Add 25% for rush jobs.)

The earlier norm was to quote hourly rates, but that is not well accepted any more.

I would however like to add, that digital photo editing is laborious work which requires special skills and a fair amount of time. Digital photo editing is not what most think... a few quick clicks and strokes. That only holds true for very basic photo editing work which you may have noticed, I offer free.
