Many Internet Service Providers and and free e-mail services are filtering mail. A lot of legitimate mail gets blocked out in the process, particularly mail with image attachments. This is due to the gross abuse of the e-mail system by spammers and virus writers.

If you send me an edit and don't hear from me within 24 - 48 hours you can safely presume that one of the following has occurred:

1) Your e-mail did not reach me.

2) My reply along with your edited image if in my free category, did not reach you.

3) My quotation for an edit that was in my paid category did not reach you.

4) You did not use an appropriate subject line like "Photo editing" in your e-mail. (I delete e-mails without subject lines or instructions)

If you don't hear form me within 48 hours please send another e-mail. I respond to all legitimate communication addressed to me.

Sorry about the inconvenience, but I am sure you understand that this is due to factors beyond my control...
